I didn't plan to turn my rock collection into a business. But here we are.
I'm Lisa Healey–Wood — a Certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Crystal Reiki Master Teacher based in Tucson, Arizona. I've been doing this work for over seven years, and my interest in energy healing and the natural world runs a lot deeper than the trend cycle.
Copper Holistic exists because I genuinely believe this stuff works — and I wanted a way to share it that didn't feel like a sales pitch.

I offer one-on-one Reiki sessions — both in-person and distance — along with thoughtfully curated crystal products designed to support real things: confidence, emotional healing, protection, clarity.
Aromatherapy is woven into my practice too, and as Copper Holistic grows, you'll start to see that show up more in the products — candles, oils, and whatever else I get excited enough about to make.

Tucson is home to the largest gem and mineral show in the world — and I'm there every single February without fail.
It's not a shopping trip. Over the years, I've built real relationships with vendors who source directly from the mines. I know where things come from, I know who I'm buying from, and I'm not just grabbing whatever's available. When you buy a crystal from Copper Holistic, somebody actually thought about it.
The fall show brings me back for a second round of sourcing — smaller event, still the same vendors I trust, still the same standard.
In case you were wondering.
When I'm not working, I'm probably eating my way through Tucson's restaurant scene with my husband Josh, chasing live music, photographing things that caught my eye, or out somewhere in Arizona that required hiking boots.
I have two dogs. Otis is a Basset Hound. Hamm Sammich is a Chonky Beagle. They are both very important.
I also cannot be trusted around baby animals.
