We take a lot of care in packaging, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is in its original condition and original packaging — unaltered, undamaged, and unmodified in any way.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, we'll cover it.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued back to your original payment method.
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return, or reach out through our Contact page. If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping address. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval and we'll handle the rest.
Reiki session payments are non-refundable. Energy work is a service — once it's been delivered, that time and intention can't be returned. That said, if something didn't feel right or you have concerns about your experience, please reach out. I'll always do what I can to make things right.
Life happens — I get it. Here's how it works:
Full refund issued to your original payment method.
No problem. Your payment transfers to the new appointment.
Deposit is not refundable. That session time was held for you.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Your card will be billed for the balance immediately before your session begins.
