Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. I pack everything myself and take care with each order — so if you're in a hurry, reach out and I'll do my best.
The window is short, so if you need to make a change or cancel, contact me as soon as possible through the Contact Us page. Once an order has shipped, changes aren't possible — but we can look at return options if needed.
Yes — a confirmation email goes out automatically after checkout with your order summary and details. A second email with your tracking number will follow once your order ships.

Your crystals are carefully wrapped to keep them protected in transit. Crystal bundle kits include a storage pouch and a crystal meaning guide so you're ready to work with them as soon as they arrive.
